That's the beauty of it, you can talk to Crestline directly. Or, if you'd prefer, you can check the status on their portal. In an effort to keep things simple, we want you to have an open line of communication with the transporter. There is no reason for us to act like a middle-man.
Is the transportation cost paid when I pay for the vehicle?
No, we didn't think it was fair for you to pay the transportation fee before you actually take delivery. When the vehicle is dropped off at your dealership, you will be invoiced by Crestline.
