ACH AND FLOORPLAN AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Auction Central, LLC (“The Company”) to initiate electronic deposits and withdrawals regarding my account at the financial institutions listed below. I also authorize The Company to initiate adjustments for any transactions credited/debited in error and agree to be bound by the both the ACH rules as set by NACHA and those implemented by the banking institutions named below. This authority will remain in effect until 48 hours after The Company is notified in writing to cancel it.
